Transcript: 1. Roads are most slippery in first 15 minutes of rain starting. 2. Make sure your headlight are on (it's the law) 3. Increase your following distance (4 second rule now) 4. SLOW DOWN 5. Stay in center lane as much as possible- less chance of standing water. 6. Keep gas tank filled at least half way all the time 7. Keep emergency kit in your car (ice scraper, blankets, flashlight, booster cables, snacks) 8. Obtain name, license plate number and insurance information of the other person/people involved. 4. After the police release you from the scene, report immediately to Associate Health or a Methodist Minor Med clinic. 5. You cannot report back to work without a medical release form from your doctor or minor med.
